About Dallas Commercial HVAC
Dallas Commercial HVAC repairs, replaces, and maintains equipment in offices, warehouses, retail centers, restaurants, clinics, and data rooms across Dallas and Fort Worth. We do not take residential calls, which keeps our trucks stocked and our techs trained for one category of building instead of splitting attention across two very different jobs.
Commercial and industrial only
Every call that comes in is a business, a building owner, or a facility manager, never a homeowner. That focus shapes what rides on the truck and what our techs are trained to diagnose: rooftop package units sized in tons rather than BTUs, chiller plants and cooling towers, gas boilers and hydronic loops, and the building automation systems that stage all of it. A residential furnace call would use a different skill set entirely, so we do not take those calls.
Coverage across Dallas and Fort Worth
We run service routes through Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Plano, Richardson, Frisco, Garland, Mesquite, Addison, Carrollton, Las Colinas, and Arlington. Each area carries its own mix of building stock, from downtown chiller plants to warehouse rooftop fleets, and our dispatch is organized around that mix rather than a single generic service radius. A mixed commercial portfolio rarely runs one type of equipment, so our techs carry diagnostic tools across the categories a facility is likely to have on the roof or in the mechanical room.
How a service call works
A standard request goes through phone intake, a scheduled visit, and an on-site repair or maintenance pass, with same-day or next-day service calls for issues that are not emergencies. Facilities with a true equipment failure, a temperature-sensitive space at risk, or no heat during a hard freeze fall under 24/7 emergency dispatch instead of the standard queue.
